Nicole Hanna has experience with a variety of treatments and conditions including relaxation, craniosacral, sports therapy, deep tissue, joint mobilizations, trigger point release, chronic pain conditions, and overall wellness. These experiences come from working in many different clinical and therapeutic environments. Most recently Nicole has transferred her skills to be able to treat both dogs and horses!

By using a variety of techniques Nicole tailors all treatments to all of her clients (including the hairy and furry four legged) needs in order to help them achieve their goals.

Booking Requirements Payment is due at time of service/appointment and may be made by: Cash, E-transfer, Debit or Credit

Direct Billing to all Telus Health providers is available. Please note that it is your responsibility to cover any costs not covered by your insurance provider and is due at time of service/appointment.

Massage Therapy

Manipulation of the soft tissue and joints of the body with gentle to deep pressure. What you require will be discussed with your therapist and decided on together.

Practice may focus on: Sports therapy, injury treatment and prevention, relaxation, prenatal, general wellness, deep tissue, trigger point release.


Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on technique. It uses a light touch to release tension around your body’s connective tissue network and central nervous system.


Massage Therapy with Cupping

Cupping therapy is a therapeutic technique that utilizes a vacuum force created beneath a small vessel applied onto the skin's surface. This approach focuses on blood and autologous healing substances in a specific area, stimulating metabolic activity, improving immune function, and stabilizing blood biochemistry

After graduating with honours from Bryan College of Applied Health and Business Sciences in 2017, Nicole Hanna became registered with the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario early 2018. She has participated in many sports and physical activities throughout her life including horseback riding, swimming, jogging along with gym related strength training, and uses her practical knowledge to aid in her clients treatments.
